"I've had state farm for 10yrs, I switch to Pam's office and my monthly bill, which was supposed to be the same, varied by as much as 100 each month. Twice I found out later that a vehicle I had insured with them had no coverage and this also includes my home insurance. I found a new company and switched everything over with no lapse of coverage. I find out a year later that they backdated my cancellation and now it shows I lapsed coverage for 1 week which is now affecting my quotes. Would not recommend!"
